1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the general rules that apply to refunds for payments made to Yert, LLC ("Yert", "we", "us", or "our") for our applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services"). It describes when refunds may be available, how they are processed, and the conditions that apply.

2. Scope and Service-Specific Policies

This document provides the default refund terms for the Services. Some individual Yert Services, products, or features may have their own specific refund policy with different rules, timeframes, or conditions.

Where a particular Yert Service has its own Refund Policy, that policy takes precedence and should be taken into consideration first. This general Refund Policy applies only to the extent that a more specific policy does not address the situation.

One example of a service-specific policy is our Travel Refund Policy, which governs refunds for travel bookings and tickets.

3. General Refund Principles

  • Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the Service or product purchased.
  • Refunds, where granted, are issued for the amount actually paid, less any non-refundable fees or charges that may apply.
  • We may decline a refund request where it is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise contrary to applicable law or these terms.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Whenever possible, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, through the same payment system.

In some cases, the payment system used for the original transaction may not support refunds (for example, due to technical limitations, the payment provider, or the time elapsed since payment). When a refund cannot be processed through the original payment method, a refund may instead be made by a basic bank transfer to a bank account that you provide.

If a refund must be made by bank transfer, you must provide the required bank account details within 5 (five) days of our request. If you do not provide valid bank details within this 5-day period, Yert will not be obligated to refund the amount and the refund request may be closed.

5. Requesting a Refund

  • The email address or account associated with the purchase
  • The date of the payment and the amount
  • The Service or product the payment relates to
  • The reason for your refund request

6. Processing Time

We aim to review refund requests promptly. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on the payment method or your bank and is outside of Yert's control. Refunds made by bank transfer can only be initiated after we receive your valid bank details, subject to the 5-day requirement described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
